Cherry, Bing

Prunus avium 'Bing'

Bing Cherries are large, dark, and firm cherries that ship well.  Our Bing Cherry trees are grafted on Gisela 5 rootstock.  This dwarfing rootstock will grow a smaller tree making it easier to harvest the fruit.  Bing Cherry trees require a cross pollinator to produce fruit.  Black Tartarian, Van, Rainier, Stella, or Lapins are common pollinators.  If you don't want to have a second cherry tree you can just graft a branch from one of those varieties onto your bing cherry tree.
