The Sitka Spruce is found along the Pacific Coast from Alaska to California where it prefers the moist to wet sandy soil and cool moist air. The spruce will grow 40-60 feet tall and with thin horizontally spreading branches that swoop upward. Hardy to USDA zone 7.
